5 Jan Update:- The Odisha Cabinet, in its Friday meeting, approved March 31, 2025, the date of closing of registrations for Subhadra Scheme, FY 2024-25. Under this scheme, if women apply before March 31, two installments of Rs 10,000 will be provided at one time.

- The plan will be put into effect in the fiscal years 2024–2025 and 2028–2029.
- For this objective, the state government has spent Rs 55, 825 crore.
- Under this initiative, the beneficiaries will receive Rs 10,000 in two installments in their bank accounts each year.
- On International Women’s Day (March 8) and in honor of Rakshya Bandhan, the funds will be credited to the recipients’ bank accounts.
- In five years, they will receive Rs 50,000 as part of the Subhadra Yojana.
Eligibility Criteria for Applying at subhadra.odisha.gov.in
Before applying for subhadra.odisha.gov.in, make sure you fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
- Applicant must belong to Odisha state.
- The applicant ought to be protected by the State Food Security Scheme (SFSS) or the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
- Any woman whose family’s income does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only), can apply under SUBHADRA if her family does not have an NFSA or SFSS Card.
- The applicant must be younger than 60 years old and at least 21 years old on the qualifying date in order to be eligible for the program. Her age would ultimately be determined using her birthdate as it appears on her Aadhaar card.
- As of July 1, 2024, the applicant must be at least 21 years old and under 60 years old for the 2024–25 fiscal year. As a result, the candidate must have been born on July 1, 2003, or before, and on July 2, 1964, or after. Her age would ultimately be determined using her birthdate as it appears on her Aadhaar card.
- In 2024–2025, a woman will receive Rs. 10,000 annually for the remaining years of the scheme if she turns 21 after July 1, 2024. Women who turn 60 after July 1, 2024, will not be eligible for payments for the remaining years of the program in 2024–2025.
Ineligibility Criteria for Applying at subhadra.odisha.gov.in
Women who fit into any of the following categories will not be able to obtain plan benefits:
- Any woman receiving financial aid under any State or Central Government scheme like pension, scholarship, etc. of at least Rs. 15,000 per month or Rs. 18,000 per year would not be eligible.
- Any female who belongs to the following families, or who is oneself:
- a member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) or Parliament, whether they are serving or have served in the past.
- A Payer of Income Tax.
- a public representative chosen by the people to serve in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj Institution (ward members and councilors excluded).
- either working for the State Government, the Government of India, a Public Sector Undertaking, a Board, a Local Body, a Government Organisation, or as a permanent or contract employee; or receiving a pension following retirement. However, if otherwise qualified under this Scheme, all employees receiving honoraria, such as ASHAs, Anganwadi Workers, Community Resource Persons, Master Book Keepers, etc., as well as all those hired through outsourcing firms, would be taken into consideration.
- an elected, nominated, or appointed representative in any state or federal government department, undertaking, board, or organization.
- a driver of a four-wheel drive vehicle, except light goods vehicles such as tractors, minitrucks, and small commercial vehicles.
- The applicant’s family possesses ten acres of non-irrigated property and more than five acres of irrigated land.

If you are willing to apply for Subhadra Yojana online, follow the steps below for the application process.
1st Step:- Go to the official website of Subhadra portal https://subhadra.odisha.gov.in/en/index.html
2nd Step:- On the home page of the website, you will have to go to the “Official Login” section and click on the option of “CSC Login”.
3rd Step:- After that you will have to enter your username and password and click on the login option.
4th Step:- As soon as you click, the dashboard of Subhadra Yojana will open in front of you.
5th Step:- On this dashboard you will see two options, first, “Submit New Application” and second, “View Submitted Applications”.
6th Step:- To apply you have to click on the “Submit New Application” button.
7th Step:- After that, you will have to enter the Aadhar card number on the next page and click on the option of “Submit”.
8th Step:- Now you have to accept the “Agreement Policy” on the next page and click on the option of “Proceed to Verify e-KYC”.
9th Step:- After that you will see three options out of which you have to select OTP.
10th Step:- As soon as you proceed by choosing the OTP option, it will send OTP to your registered number.
11th Step:- You will have to enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click on the option of “Verify”.
12th Step:- As soon as your verification is completed, it will show you a message: “OTP based Aadhar e-KYC has been completed”.
13th Step:- After that, the registration form will open in front of you. All the information asked in the registration form will have to be entered carefully.
14th Step:- Upload the required documents.

Offline Application Process of Subhadra Yojana
If you are willing to apply for Subhadra Yojana offline, follow the steps below for the application process.
- Appropriate pre-printed application forms will be provided at no cost at various sites, including Common Service Centres, Mo Seba Kendras, Urban Local Body Offices, Block Offices, and Anganwadi Centres.
- The application must be completed and turned in at the closest Mo Seba Kendra or Common Service Centre.
- Should there be any disparity between the information provided in the application and the Aadhaar, the Aadhaar’s data would be considered conclusive.
- Every application received will be checked against the government database and, if necessary, through field research.
- Each applicant would have to fulfill the e-KYC procedures, submit associated commitments, and self-certify that they are eligible under SUBHADRA. The recommended method of e-KYC is face-authentication, in which recipients can finish the procedure by entering their Aadhaar number into the SUBHADRA Mobile application.
- Through the SUBHADRA Portal, a beneficiary has the option to opt out of SUBHADRA, transferring the benefit to assist the empowerment and well-being of her fellow women in Odisha.
