What is Svamitva Property Card 2025
The Prime Minister is going to address a virtual program on Friday. In which he will announce the issuance of more than 58 lakh proprietary property cards. Prime Minister Modi will distribute 58 lakh property cards to owners in more than 50,000 villages across 12 states and union territories under the Swamvatti scheme on December 27. The government aims to distribute 2.2 crore proprietary property cards by March 2026. Meanwhile at least 13 Union ministers will address programs in various states where property cards will be distributed. The government has so far provided 13.7 million owned property cards under the Swamitva scheme.

What is Svamitva Yojana 2025
SVAMITVA scheme for surveying villages and mapping rural areas with improvised technology was launched in 2020 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under this scheme, an attempt is made to cover the populated land in rural India. The main objective of this is to create a Record of Rights (ROR) in revenue documents for inhabited areas (as opposed to agricultural land) in villages. The scheme aims to cover around 344,868 villages, of which 92% (317,000) have already been surveyed through drones. In which people in 136,000 villages have received their property cards. On December 27, PM Modi will launch the distribution of five million property cards across India. Rural residential assets worth ₹1.37 lakh crore can be monetized by availing loans through the SVAMITVA scheme.

1st Step:- First of all, go to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj official website.
2nd Step:- On the homepage, you have to click on the “Download Property Card” option.
3rd Step:- A new page will open, enter the owner’s Name, property ID, owner’s information, or any other information.

1st Step:- First of all, go to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj official website.

4th Step:- Now an OTP will come on your registered mobile number, you will have to enter it.
