Banglar Bari List 2025

The Chief Minister of West Bengal has launched the Banglar Bari Awas Yojana to provide housing to the homeless citizens of the state. Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1,20,000 will be provided to selected citizens of the state for the construction of a house. This financial assistance amount will be transferred to the bank account of the beneficiary in three different installments. So that citizens can easily fulfill their dream of building their permanent house. This scheme is an important step of the West Bengal State Government towards eliminating homelessness in the state.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed Rs 1 lakh.
• The beneficiary should not already have a permanent house.
• Citizens belonging to economically weaker sections will be considered eligible for this scheme.
• The beneficiary’s bank account should be linked toan  Aadhaar card.

Financial Benefits

• The first installment of Rs 60,000 will be given to the beneficiaries when the construction starts.
• The second installment of Rs 50,000 will be given during the construction work.
• The remaining amount of the installment will be given after the completion of the housing project.
• Under this scheme, a total financial assistance of Rs 1,20,000 or Rs 1,30,000 in remote areas will be given for house construction.

Selection of Beneficiary

• Those citizens whose annual family income is less than Rs 1 lakh will be selected.
• Citizens should belong to the economically weaker section of the society.
• Those citizens who are permanent residents of West Bengal state who have applied will be selected.

Steps to Check Banglar Bari List Online 2025

1^st Step:- First of all, go to the official website of the Banglar Bari Yojana. The website homepage will open.

2^nd Step:- On the homepage, you have to go to the “Notice” section and click on the “Announcement” option.

3^rd Step:- A new page will open. You must click for the Provisional list on this page.

4^th Step:- As soon as you click, the block-wise list will open on your screen.

5^th Step:- Eligible citizens can click on “Eligible List” option to check the list.
