Banglar Bari Payment Status:- Under the ‘Banglar Bari’ scheme of West Bengal, the state government has started making payments to the applicants for the scheme. Rs 60,000 of the first installment of Banglar Bari Yojana is being distributed in the bank accounts of the eligible beneficiaries of the homeless citizens of the state who had applied to get housing. According to a survey and list prepared by the government, many families are being paid into their bank accounts from time to time.
Every family which is already listed in the Bangla Bari list, those eligible families will receive the payment. Those people will receive an SMS regarding the payment of Bangla Bari as soon as the government deposits the money in their bank account. About Banglar Bari Yojana 2025
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had started ‘Banglar Baba’ scheme to provide houses to the poor families of the state. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 1.20 lakh is provided to each eligible family to build a house. However, the price of forest in some areas of Jangalmahal and Darjeeling Hills is reported to be ₹1.30 lakh. This financial assistance amount is directly posted to the customer’s bank account through DBT.
The government has launched the details of the first installment of Rs 60000 worth Rs 12 lakh crore in the first phase of the Named Baby Scheme. Under the Bangla Bari scheme, the government will provide affordable houses to 28 lakh homeless people in the state. The government will complete the plan to provide houses to the family before 2026. The total expenditure of the government under this scheme will be approximately Rs 14,773 crore.
