Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025, which aims to benefit the deprived sections of the society by providing quality housing at affordable prices. The scheme offers 25% discount on EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats in Narela, Loknayakpuram and Siraspur. The scheme is available on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis, and is applicable on a limited list of flats. About DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025

DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025 has been launched by Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Under this scheme, you can get a discount of up to 25% on purchasing a house. In this, discounts can be available on flats of Economic Weaker Section (EWS), Medium Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and High Income Group (HIK) categories. These flats will be allotted at different places in Delhi. These flats of Delhi will be available in Narela, Loknayak Puram and Siraspur areas. The allotment of flats will be on first come first serve basis and the number of flats will be allotted as per the inventory. This waiver is valid till March 31, 2025, making it a time-sensitive opportunity.

DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana Objective

The main objective of DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana is to provide quality flats with 25% discount for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories. Under this scheme, affordable housing will be provided for the deprived sections of the society. Flats of Economic Weaker Section and Lower Income Group will be available in Loknayak Puram, Siraspur and Narela areas. Medium income group and high income group flats will be available in Loknayak Puram and Narela. The allotment of flats will be on first come first serve basis and the number of flats will be allotted as per the inventory. For EWS and LIG Flats (Discount for all categories):

• Auto rickshaw and cab drivers in Delhi with valid permits and registration before 31.12.2024.
• Street vendors and hawkers registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme.
• Women
• War Widows
• Ex-servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry Awards or Arjuna Awards.
• Persons with disabilities (Divyangjan).
• Persons belonging to SC/ST categories.

For MIG Flats and HIG Flats:

• Women
• War Widows
• Ex-servicemen and Recipients of Gallantry Awards or Arjuna Awards.
