Delhi State Government has launched the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme for the economically weaker citizens of Delhi. Through this scheme, the government will provide houses and flats at cheap and affordable rates to those citizens who cannot buy expensive houses. These flats are available in many areas of Delhi including Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela. Around 40,000 flats will be offered under this scheme which will include affordable, middle-income, and high-income group flats. The process of applying under this scheme has started from 19th August 2024. Interested citizens who reside in Delhi can apply after meeting the eligibility criteria.

• Residents of Delhi state will be considered eligible for this scheme.
• Only LIG or EWS category citizens will be able to apply.
• The annual income of the family should be less than the income prescribed by the government.
