Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched the ‘Dream Plots’ scheme to meet the needs of hotel entrepreneurs in the Delhi-NCR region. Through this scheme, plots will be allotted through the e-auction process in Sectors 93B, 105, 142, and 135. Notably, the reserve prices for six available plots ranging from 2,000 to 24,000 square meters have been set by the government at Rs 44.08 crore to Rs 410.70 crore. These plots will enable hotel entrepreneurs to set up hotels in different star categories, expanding the hospitality infrastructure in Noida.

The main objective of the Dream Plots Yojana is to develop the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida) as a vibrant urban center. The largest plot under the scheme is Plot H2 in Sector 135, which is spread over 24,000 square meters and has a reserve price of Rs 410.70 crore. These plots will enable hotel entrepreneurs to set up hotels in different star categories, expanding the hospitality infrastructure in Noida. Steps to Apply Online for Dream Plots Scheme 2025
All the plots offered under the Dream Plots Scheme are located at prime locations. The roadmap to take the scheme forward will be outlined during the pre-bid meeting to be held on October 10.
