About Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) 2025
Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) was established by the Government of India in 1973 under Section 4 of the Urban Planning and Development Act. The main objective of starting GDA Housing Scheme is to make Ghaziabad a smart city, which will include all the facilities and trees and plants for the common citizen. This scheme will develop infrastructure and development plan by providing services to the citizens. PMAY Scheme Notice 928-41D, Gram Pasonda
Ghaziabad Development Authorities has started PMAY Scheme Notice 928-41D, Village Pasaunda to receive applications. Under this scheme, all those citizens who belong to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the society are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme. The units are located at Ashrayam Building Khasra No. 358 m, 462 m, 493 m, 494 m, 332, 337, 338, 339, 290 m, 291 m and 294 m. To avail the benefits of this scheme, interested citizens will have to apply before its last date of 31 December 2025.
PMAY Scheme Notice 929-41D, Gram Dasna
Officials are providing a total of 312 housing units to all economically unstable citizens who do not have a permanent home. Citizens belonging to the economically weaker section of the society (EWS) are eligible to avail the benefits of the scheme. The units are located at “Ashrayam Building Khasra No. 945 m, 946 m and 954” in Dasna village, Ghaziabad. Interested citizens can submit applications from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025.
PMAY Scheme Notice 930-41D, Gram Noornagar
Ghaziabad Development Authorities has started receiving applications for PMAY Scheme Notice 930-41D, Village Noornagar. Under this scheme, citizens belonging to the economically weaker section of the society (EWS) are eligible to avail the benefits of the scheme. The officials are providing a total of 147 housing units for all the selected beneficiaries under the scheme. The officials have established a project name under this scheme which is “Shri Ram Nath View Apartment”. The units are developed by M/s Sankalp Developers under Scheme No. 930 at Khasra No. 1174 at Turabnagar Village, Ghaziabad.
