The Telangana government has released the Indiramma Housing Scheme List to provide free housing facilities to the citizens of the state. The state citizens who had applied under the Indiramma Housing Scheme to get housing facilities. He can get the facility of accommodation by checking his name on the list. Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Saturday said the process of selection of beneficiaries will begin on November 5 and will be completed by the end of the month.

Indiramma Housing Scheme List 2025
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had launched the Indiramma Housing Scheme for the homeless citizens of the state. Through this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh through DBT mode in four phases to the female head of the beneficiary family for housing. Under this scheme, the government will select 3,500 beneficiaries from each assembly constituency in the first phase. These selected beneficiaries will be from different villages depending on the population. The government aims to build 20 lakh houses in the next four years and will require Rs 26,000 crore to meet this target. Currently, Rs 7,740 crore has already been earmarked in the budget for 2024-2025. So that pucca houses can be provided every year to the needy families of the state.
The Indiramma Housing Scheme List has been released by the state government for the citizens who have applied under this scheme. Eligible citizens can check their names in the list online sitting at home. The benefit of this scheme will be given only to those citizens whose names will be in the Indiramma Housing Scheme List.

Indiramma Housing Scheme List Objective
The main objective of the Indiramma Housing Scheme List is to provide permanent houses for living to all the poor and needy families of the state. The government will provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to economically weaker citizens to build their own permanent houses. The process of selection of beneficiaries by the government will begin on November 5 and will be completed by the end of the month. Citizens can get financial assistance for building houses by checking their names on the list. This scheme will be very beneficial for the citizens.

Indiramma Housing Scheme will be implemented in four phases
“In the first phase, we will assist those who have their land. In which there will be a phased payment to the beneficiaries: ₹1 lakh for foundation, ₹1 lakh for wall construction, ₹1.25 lakh for roof slab, and ₹1.75 lakh on completion. The payment will be disbursed directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. While the state will utilize central funds for the project, it has committed to meet any financial shortfall,” he explained. Each house will be at least 400 square feet and will include essential amenities like a kitchen and bathroom.
Eligibility Criteria for Indiramma Housing Scheme
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana state.
- Those citizens who do not own their own house are eligible for this scheme.
- The applicant should not be registered in any other housing scheme.
- Applicants should belong to the lower and middle-class category.
- The beneficiary’s bank account should be linked to an Aadhaar card.

1st Step:- To check the lists, first go to the official website of the Indiramma Housing Scheme.
