Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka state.
- Applicant must be above 18 years of age.
- Citizens should fall under the BPL category or have an Antyodaya/Priority Domestic Ration Card linked to an Aadhar Card.
- No member in the applicant’s family should be an income tax payer or in a government job.
