KSRTC Arogya Scheme 2025
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy launched the KSRTC Arogya Swasthya Yojana in Bengaluru on Monday. Under this scheme, eligible employees will be given cashless medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. With this, employees will be able to get free health services and they will be able to get their treatment without any worries. About 1.5 lakh people – 34,000 employees and their dependents – will be benefited from this scheme. 34,000 employees of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) can avail cashless treatment at more than 275 hospitals, including private ones, across Karnataka.
Under this scheme, the Karnataka government will set aside Rs 20 crore every year and will increase it by 5 per cent annually. KSRTC will deduct Rs 650 per month from the salaries of employees and increase it by Rs 50 annually. Training employees will also be included in this scheme but there will be no deduction from their salary.

The main objective of KSRTC Arogya Yojana is to provide cashless medical treatment to the employees of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and their families. For this scheme, separate health cards will be issued to all employees. The scheme covers more than 275 hospitals and four diagnostic centers across Karnataka.
