Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde launched the Ladka Bhau Yojana on 17th July 2024 to provide free vocational training to the youth and students of the state. An amount ranging from Rs 6000 to Rs 10000 will be provided every month to the unemployed youth getting training through this scheme. This financial assistance amount will be transferred directly to the bank account of the beneficiary through DBT. So that they can be helped in finding jobs and can be motivated to work for themselves. Through this scheme, the unemployment rate of the state will also decline.
