Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi started PM Kisan Yojana on 24 February 2019. Whose main objective is to uplift the lives of economically weak farmers of India. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 6000 is provided annually to eligible farmers in three equal installments. Till now 19 installments of PM Kisan Yojana have been released, and farmers are eagerly waiting for the 20th installment. According to media reports, the 20th installment of PM Kisan may be released in June 2025.
