The Telangana government has announced the fourth phase of the Rythu Runa Maafi (farm loan waiver) scheme for farmers in the state. Under this scheme, the state government has started the process of waiving off the loans of eligible farmers. The (4th List) of the scheme has been prepared to provide benefits to those farmers who were left out in the previous lists or whose data was pending in the verification process. Rythu Runa Mafi 4th List 2025
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has launched the Rythu Runa Mafi scheme for the farmers of the state. Through this scheme, crop loans of small, marginal, agricultural and sharecropping farmers of the state are waived. Three phases have been received by the farmers under this scheme by the Telangana government. And now the fourth phase of this scheme will be launched on 7th December 2024 in Rythu Panduga public meeting in Mahabubnagar. In which 3.1 lakh farmers will be covered with an outlay of Rs. 2,747 crores. This phase, launched during the Rythu Panduga program in Mahabubnagar on December 7, 2024, brings the total scheme expenditure to Rs. 21,000 crore covering more than 25 lakh farmers.

Rythu Runa Mafi 4th List Objective
The main objective of Rythu Runa Mafi 4th List is to provide benefits to those eligible farmers who did not get the benefit of the scheme in the previous lists. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana state.
- Small, marginal, agricultural, or tenant farmers will be considered as eligible for this scheme.
- Only loans taken between December 12, 2018 and December 9, 2023 are eligible.
- Under this scheme only loans up to ₹200000 will be waived off.

Steps to Check Online Rythu Runa Mafi 4th List 2025
1st Step:- First of all, go to the official website of the CLW Telangana. Website home page will open on your screen.
2nd Step:- On the homepage, you have to click on the Beneficiary List Option. Anew page will open.
3th Step:- After that, Choose your district and village.
4th Step:- Finally, click on the submit option to check the beneficiary 4th list.
Know Your Payment Check Online at PFMS Portal
1st Step:- First of all, go to the PFMS Portal website.
2nd Step:- On the homepage, click on “Know Your Payment” under “Payment Status” section. A new page will open.
3rd Step:- On this page, enter your bank name and account number, confirm the account number, and complete the word verification.
4th Step:- After that, click on the “Send OTP on Registered Mobile No” option.
5th Step:- Now an OTP will come on your registered mobile number, you will have to enter it
6th Step:- Finally, click on the submit option.
7th Step:- As soon as you click, the installation status will appear on your screen.
