5 Jan Update: Registration will have to be done before March 31, 2025
The Odisha Cabinet, in its meeting on Friday, has approved March 31, 2025 as the closing date of registration for Subhadra Scheme, FY 2024-25. Under the Subhadra Scheme, the state Cabinet on Friday announced the release of two installments of Rs 10,000 at a time to the beneficiaries who applied before March 31.
12 Nov Update:- Soon 20 lakh more women will get the first installment of Subhadra Yojana
Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Saturday said more than 20 lakh beneficiaries under the Subhadra scheme are likely to get the first installment of Rs 5,000 by the end of November in the third phase of distribution. The state government has so far distributed installments of Rs 5,000 each in the bank accounts of about 60 lakh beneficiaries in two phases. The remaining eligible beneficiaries will receive the money in the fourth phase of distribution sometime in December, he said.
Under this scheme, about 25 lakh women got money in the first phase, while in the second phase on October 9, the amount was deposited in the bank accounts of 35 lakh beneficiaries. And now in the third phase, the first installment amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of 20 lakh women. Around 1 crore women will be covered under the Subhadra scheme by the government. Under this scheme, Rs 50,000 will be provided to the beneficiary women for five years. Beneficiaries will receive Rs 10,000 in two installments in a year.

Benefits of Odisha Subhadra Yojana 2025
- Odisha Subhadra Yojana has been launched by the Orissa state government to provide benefits to the married women of the state.
