TNSTC Bus Ticket Booking Online 2025
To encourage online reservation of government bus tickets, the Transport Department has launched a special draw lot scheme. Under this scheme, three winners will be selected for the prize from the list of passengers who have booked tickets for travel between November 21 and January 20. The first prize is a two-wheeler, the second prize is a smart TV and the third prize is a refrigerator. Apart from this, monthly cash prizes will also be given.
There has been an increase of 8 to 10% in online ticket booking since the implementation of the cash reward scheme. SETC, the Villupuram division of TNSTC, and five other corporations offer a total of 4.25 lakh seats/berths for reservation daily. Of these, 18,000 to 19,000 tickets are booked during weekdays, which increases to 23,000 on weekends. Every month, 13 winners are selected and the top three among them receive Rs 10,000 each, while the remaining winners are awarded Rs 2,000 each. How to do TNSTC Bus Ticket Booking Online 2025?
1st Step:- First of all, you have to visit its official website to book bus tickets.
2nd Step:- On the website page, enter your ‘source’ and ‘destination’ cities. After filling in your journey details, specify the date of the journey and click on ‘Search Bus’.
3rd Step:- A list of TNSTC buses will be shown. You have to select the bus and seat as per your choice and availability. Now click on the “Proceed to Book” button.
4th Step:- You will need to enter personal details in the “Passenger Information” and “Contact Information” sections.
5th Step:- If you have any offer code, add it and proceed to the payment section. Once the payment is done, you will receive an e-Ticket or M-Ticket on your registered mobile number/email ID.
