Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a housing scheme offering at least 1,200 flats in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway on a “first come, first served” basis. Whose name is Yeida Plot Scheme. Yeida Plot Scheme objective
The main objective of the Yeida Plot Scheme is to provide housing facilities to the citizens at affordable prices in prime locations of Noida. thereby providing affordable housing with modern amenities in a well-connected area. Under the scheme, one-bedroom units with a total area of 29.76 sq m and usable living space of 21.62 sq m are priced at ₹23.37 lakh on the ground floor and ₹20.72 lahks on the first, second, and third floors. The scheme, which offers three types of flats in the affordable category near Noida International Airport, is expected to be operational by next April, officials said.
How much total flat premium to pay?
Under this scheme, allotment of multi-story and four-story flats will be provided to the allottees on a lease of 90 years. The lease rent is payable in a lump sum, which is 10% of the premium (total cost) of the flat. This payment must be made before execution of the lease deed and possession of the flat. Allottees will have to complete the legal documents and take possession of their flat within 180 days of receiving the possession notice. If they do not do so, they will have to pay an administrative charge of 1% of the total flat premium for each additional year. If they fail to execute the documents within this extended time, their allotment may be canceled, and any funds deposited will be forfeited.

Eligibility criteria for Yeida Plot Scheme 2024
- To apply, the applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- The age of the applicant must be 18 years or more.
- Applicants who want to buy a plot under this scheme are eligible.
For General Conditions:-
- Applicants for this scheme must be at least 18 years of age.
- There is no ban on buying property in UP for all Indians and NRIs.
- Applicants who have received a flat/plot from YEIDA are not eligible. If found later, the application will be canceled and the deposit amount will be forfeited.
- They are permitted only with proof of relationship with immediate family (mother, father, spouse, etc.).
For Reserved Category Applicants:-
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age on the date of release of the scheme.
- Applications can be made for only one category of flats.
- Eligible if their land has been acquired for Yamuna Expressway or Jewar Airport.
YEIDA Eligibility for Farmers:-
- Those farmers whose land was acquired by YEIDA or for Jewar Airport are eligible for this scheme.
- For this scheme, a stamp paper of Rs 100 and an affidavit must be given.
- If the farmer has died, all the legal heirs must consent to appoint a successor.
- They are ineligible if they or their family has received a previous allocation from YEIDA.
- Farmers with encroachment or legal disputes are not eligible.
- It must be mentioned that they will not file a legal case for additional compensation.
- All joint landowners can apply.
For Persons with Disabilities:-
- Persons with at least 40% disability certified under the RPWD Act 2016 can apply.
- This includes blindness, hearing loss, locomotor disability, autism, and multiple disabilities.
- It is necessary to submit a certificate from the Chief Medical Officer or a valid UDID card.
