As the third phase of Subhadra Yojana approaches, Odisha Deputy CM Pravati Parida advised beneficiaries to link the same bank account with their mobile number for easy transactions. At least 5 lakh applications for Subhadra Yojana have discrepancies in linkage of Aadhaar numbers, mobile numbers and bank accounts, due to which the first installment has not been paid. He said, if interested beneficiaries link their mobile number with their same bank account, those beneficiaries will get NPCI approval by next week, then they can get the first installment of Rs 5,000 during the third phase of distribution on November 24. 5 Jan Update:- According to the press brief of the cabinet meeting of the Government of Odisha, 31/03/2025 has been approved as the appropriate date for closure of registration in Subhadra for the financial year 2024-25. The state Cabinet on Friday announced the release of two Subhadra Yojana installments of Rs 10,000 each at one time to beneficiaries who applied before March 31.

When will the third phase of the first installment be released?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched this scheme on September 17. Under this scheme, beneficiaries are provided Rs 10,000 in their bank accounts in two installments in a year. That means the beneficiary women will get Rs 50,000 in five years. The money for the last two phases under this scheme was released by the government on September 17 and October 9. And now the third phase of the first installment under Subhadra Scheme will be deposited on 24 November 2024.
More than 20 lakh beneficiary women will be benefited in the third phase of this scheme. The money of the third phase will be deposited in the accounts of those people whose bank account will be linked to their mobile number. After this, the fourth and final phase of the first installment will be released by the government in December, which will include more than 1 crore women.

The list of 2.67 lakh women whose applications have been denied by the government has been distributed in every block. Nearly 5 lakh women have been denied Subhadra benefits under the scheme as their Aadhaar cards and bank accounts are not linked to mobile numbers. Many people have linked the same number to multiple bank accounts. Those whose bank account is not linked to the mobile number will not be given the benefit of the third phase. What is Odisha Subhadra Yojana 2025?
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has launched the Odisha Subhadra Scheme for married women of the state. Under the scheme, more than 60 lakh women have received the first installment of Rs 5,000 in two phases since its launch on September 17. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to women between the age of 21 to 60 years whose family annual income is less than Rs 2,50,000. Eligible beneficiaries will receive Rs 10,000 in two installments per year for the next five years. That means women will get Rs 50,000 in five years. So that the economic condition of women can be improved and they can use this financial assistance to stand on their own feet by starting their own small business. The fourth and final phase of the first installment under this scheme will be released in December, which will cover more than 1 crore women.
