Odisha state government has started Ayushman Card Registration Odisha 2025 for the citizens to avail health services. Under this card, citizens of the state can avail free health facilities. All the citizens of the state who want to avail the benefits of the Ayushman Bharat Card can now register online by visiting the official website. The Odisha government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Health Authority (NHA) to implement the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) in the state. The scheme will also cover the families of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) and Anganwadi workers in the state. Interested citizens of Odisha state who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online for an Ayushman Card by visiting the official website.

Odisha has become the 34th state to join Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. This scheme will work with the existing Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana in Odisha. One can avail health care treatment up to ₹5 lakh per family per year through this scheme, which will include an additional ₹5 lakh for women. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said that people of the state, who were earlier getting treatment in around 900 empaneled hospitals under GJAY, will now get access to cashless and quality treatment in more than 29,000 government and private-impanelled hospitals. The combined schemes will benefit around 45 million people of Odisha with the help of a single card.

The main objective of Ayushman Card Registration Odisha is to provide health card to the economically unstable families of Odisha state to avail health services. This card will provide a cover of ₹5 lakh per family per year. This initiative is a major step towards providing social security services to the citizens of Odisha state. Within India, AB-PMJAY, launched in 2018, provides health cover of Rs 5 lakh per family for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization to approximately 550 million individuals, equivalent to 123.4 million families.

Ayushman Card Registration Odisha 2025 Online Process

1^st Step:- First of all, go to the official website of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

2^nd Step:- On the home page of the website, citizens have to enter their mobile number and captcha code and click on the “Login” option.

3^rd Step:- Search using specifications like state, district, Aadhaar number, PMJAY scheme name, PMJAY ID, or family ID. Activate your application by clicking “Action”.

4^th Step:- A new page will open on your screen. On this page, you have to click on the action option.

5^th Step:- A Registration form will open on your screen. All the information asked in the registration form is to be entered.

6^th Step:- After that, upload the necessary documents.

7^th Step:- Finally, click on the submit button to complete the application process.

Offline Registration Process

1^st Step:- To do offline registration, first of all, you have to go to your nearest Health and Wellness Center (HWC).

2^nd Step:- After visiting the center, you will have to contact the concerned officer and provide the necessary documents.

3^rd Step:- You will be registered by the concerned officer, the center will use your UID card for biometric authentication.

4^th Step:- After successful registration, the officer will give you your Ayushman Bharat card in physical form.
