Maharashtra Government has announced the Navi Mumbai CIDCO Lottery Draw 2025 for the citizens who can apply. All the citizens of Maharashtra state residing in Navi Mumbai area who have applied for Navi Mumbai CIDCO lottery draw can now check the lottery draw date online by visiting the official website. This lottery helps residents of EWS and LIG groups get access to affordable housing units through a fair and transparent process. The Maharashtra state government will release online a draft list of all the flats available under the scheme. The results of My Favorite CIDCO Home Scheme will be declared by the Maharashtra State Government on 15th February 2025.
About Navi Mumbai CIDCO Lottery 2025
The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced a lottery for 26,000 affordable houses in Navi Mumbai. Under this scheme, houses are provided for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG). To apply, the applicant must be at least 18 years of age and must have resided in Maharashtra for at least 15 years. Monthly income should be up to Rs 25,000 for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and between Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 for Low Income Group (LIG). A total of 1.6 lakh applications have been received by the Maharashtra state government under this scheme and the lottery results will be released on 15th February 2025.
