YEIDA Premium Hotel Plot Scheme Objective
The main objective of the YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) Premium Hotel Plot Scheme is to promote tourism and hotel business. Under this, incentives are given to set up high-quality hotels and resorts in the particular area developed by YEIDA. Payment Plan
- The allottee will have to deposit 10% of the entire premium as earnest money.
- Within 60 days of the issue of the allotment letter, 40% of the total premium of the hotel plot after adjusting the earnest money deposited earlier has to be deposited along with applicable GST.
- If the allotment amount is not deposited within the allotted time then the plot allotment will be canceled and the earnest money will be forfeited.
- Extension of time for deposit of allotment amount up to 30 days is permitted in exceptional circumstances by the Chief Executive Officer with penal interest at the rate of 10.0% + 3.0% = 13.0% per annum for the defaulted amount for the default period along with applicable GST. Will be given.
- 60% of the total bid amount of the plot will be paid in equal 4 half-yearly installments with interest on the remaining amount reducing at the rate of 10% per annum.
- In case of default in depositing the installment, interest compounded half yearly at the rate of 13% (10% + 3% = 13%) for the default period plus applicable GST will be charged on the default amount.
- Interest at the rate of 10% per annum will be applied from July 1, 2024; However, this rate is subject to change on 1 January and 1 July every year as per government instructions.

Steps to Apply Online for YEIDA Premium Hotel Plot Scheme 2025
Application Process
- Any citizen who wants to apply for this scheme should first download the application form from the Yamuna Expressway Authority’s website after paying the prescribed fee.
- Applications will be submitted through the e-auction website.
- A fee will be paid through YEIDA’s online payment gateway or RTGS/NEFT/Net Banking.
- The processing fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable and the authorities are not responsible for the repayment of the processing fee.
Registration Process
- Citizens can visit the official YEIDA website and do the registration process after paying Rs 1000 + GST.
- The non-refundable e-Brochure fee of ₹50,000 + GST and the processing fee as per the data sheet must be paid by 10 January 2025, 5:00 PM.
- YEIDA will not be responsible for any payments or bids made after the above period.
Bidding process
- After successful registration, builders need to log in using their credentials.
- After that, you have to select your plot and pay the fee through the YEIDA portal.
- A separate EMD is required for each property.
- The bidder/alternate is responsible for his/her desktop and internet connection, any complaint regarding unstable internet connection will not be entertained by YEIDA.
