West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is going to release the Bangla Awas Yojana 1st Installment to provide benefits to the beneficiary citizens who have applied under the Bangla Awas Yojana. Those citizens of the state who have not received houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). So the government will release funds for those people for 11 lakh houses by the first week of December. When will come Bangla Awas Yojana 1st Installment?

Under the Bangla Awas Yojana, the Mamata Banerjee government will provide financial assistance of Rs 120,000 in three installments to the citizens to build permanent houses. The first installment of Bangla Awas Yojana i.e. Rs 60000 will be transferred to the bank accounts of the citizens in the first week of December 2025. After this, the second installment of Rs 40000 and finally the third installment of financial assistance of Rs 20000 will be transferred to the bank account for constructing a permanent house.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday said her government will release funds for 11 lakh houses by the first week of December for those who have not got houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
