Ahead of Delhi elections, DDA has launched a special scheme for construction workers. Under this scheme, 700 flats will be provided to construction workers at 25% discount. The planning and development agency has also introduced discounts for other categories for its flats at three locations in the capital. To avail the benefits of this scheme, construction workers are required to be registered under Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB). DDA 25% Discount Special Housing Scheme 2025

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Monday launched the DDA 25% Discount Special Housing scheme to offer 700 flats in Narela to construction workers at concessional prices. Under this scheme, DDA will give 25% discount on 700 flats in EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category in Sector G2, Narela to construction workers and beneficiaries of PM Vishwakarma Yojana. This relaxation will be available in three residential schemes started in Narela Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. The beneficiaries of PM-Vishwakarma in these schemes include women, SC/ST category persons, widows of martyred soldiers, ex-servicemen and gallantry award winners.

Under this scheme, 110 flats will be available in popular areas like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka and Rohini. These flats will be given on first come, first serve basis. 10% of the flats have been placed under the Loknayak Puram (MIG) scheme. This scheme is available for a limited period till 31 March 2025.

DDA 25% Discount Special Housing Scheme Objective

The main objective of DDA Special Housing Scheme is to provide housing at a discount of 25 percent to construction workers, disabled people and auto-cab drivers. In these schemes, 25 percent discount will also be given to the beneficiaries of PM-Vishwakarma including women and persons belonging to SC/ST category, widows of martyred soldiers, ex-servicemen and gallantry award winners including PM-SVANidhi Scheme. DDA will give 25% discount on 700 flats in EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category in Sector G2, Narela to construction workers and PM Vishwakarma Yojana beneficiaries.

Who is included in this scheme?

The scheme covers auto-rickshaw drivers (permit holders), cab drivers, women, SC/ST, war widows, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen and gallantry award recipients and beneficiaries of the PM-SVNIDHI scheme.

Benefits of DDA 25% Discount Special Housing Scheme 2025

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a residence of Delhi.
• Only LIG or EWS category citizens will be able to apply.
• The applicant must be above 18 years of age.
• The annual income of the family should be less than the income prescribed by the government.
• Only one member of the family can apply (self, spouse, and dependent children).

Applicants reserved under first come, first serve

Under the scheme, 25 per cent of the flats in Narela (all categories), Siraspur (LIG), and Loknayakpuram (LIG) will be reserved for eligible applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Apart from this, 10 percent flats in Loknayakpuram (MIG) will also be reserved for the discount scheme. This scheme is available for a limited period till 31 March 2025.

1^st Step:- First of all, go to the official website of the Delhi Development Authority.

2^nd Step:- On the homepage, you have to click on the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2025 option.

3^rd Step:- After that, click on the register / Create Login option. The registration form will open on screen.

4^th Step:- All the information asked in the registration form is to be entered carefully.

5^th Step:- After that, click on the “Request for OTP” button. And it has to be entered.

6^th Step:- Finally, click the “Verify” button to complete the registration process.
