Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will start booking for newly constructed flats under Phase 2 of the ‘Affordable Home Housing Scheme’ from November 14, 2024. Under this scheme, more than 2,500 flats will be available in Rohini, Dwarka, Mangolpuri, Ramgarh, Loknayakpuram, Sirsapur, Narela and other parts of the city. The price of these flats will start from Rs 11.5 lakh. The flats available cover various categories, including over 250 LIG flats in Rohini Sector 34 and 35, priced between Rs 12 lakh to Rs 15.5 lakh. Around 180 EWS flats will also be available in Mangolpuri, priced at Rs 32-35 lakh. There are also 1,800 EWS flats on offer in Sector A1-A4 (Pocket 1A, 1B, and 1C) of Narela for Rs 18-20 lakh. The remaining flats are located in Narela, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, and other places.

How many flats were sold in Phase 1 of the scheme
This scheme is in addition to the ongoing sale of the remaining flats out of the 9,000 flats proposed under Phase 1, which was launched in August. Under Phase 1, about 1,650 flats in various categories in Jasola, Narela, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, Ramgarh, and Siraspur were sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by the end of September.
